Lead or support special projects commissioned directly by the Chairman, including new business evaluations, competitor and market scans, and group-wide strategic initiatives
Track progress of group-wide priorities and strategic decisions across entities, flagging risks, delays, or dependencies to the Chairman
Prepare investment appraisal and due diligence support for the holding company's CSE-listed investment activity
Cross-Functional Business Analysis (with Group COO)

Assist in designing and tracking group-wide KPIs and dashboards spanning multiple entities
Contribute analytical support to technology and systems initiatives (e.g., new platform evaluations, digitization projects)
Financial Services Cluster Support (with MD – Financial Services)
Work closely with the Managing Director – Financial Services Cluster on business performance analysis across Almas Equities (sales and research) and the incoming Almas Wealth business (fund management and analysts)
Support market and competitor analysis for the stockbroking and wealth management businesses
Assist with the build-out of the wealth management business — market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and operating model input during the pre-launch phase
Prepare periodic performance packs for the Financial Services Cluster leadership team
Reporting, Data & Governance
Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that give the Chairman a consolidated, real-time view of performance across the group
Liaise with the CFO, Head of Finance, and entity finance teams to source and validate data used in group reporting

Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment given regular exposure to sensitive, non-public commercial and financial information
